Home Workers

The Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association assists clients by arranging homemaking and home maintenance.  Community Care is seeking “home workers” to help seniors with inside & outside work, across Prince Edward County, especially in Ameliasburgh.

Home Workers provide hands-on support based on client needs. Services may include:

• Housecleaning and basic homemaking
• Yard and garden work
• Seasonal outdoor tasks
• General odd jobs and light home maintenance

Requirements:

• Self-employed
• Provide your own transportation
• Willingness to travel within Prince Edward County (especially looking for Ameliasburgh)
• Ability to perform light to moderate physical tasks
• Friendly, dependable, and respectful of clients’ homes
• Rates must remain reasonable and affordable for seniors

Note: Clients provide all necessary equipment and supplies.
