Grounds Crew Members

ARC Tree Experts located in Hastings, ON are seeking motivated and reliable Full-Time Grounds Crew Members to support our growing team.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are committed to safety and teamwork.

Job Duties:

• Assist with tree removal, trimming, and general grounds maintenance
• Operate equipment such as chainsaws, stump grinders, and woodchippers safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Support crew members and follow direction from team leads
• Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with clients

Qualifications:

• Valid Class “G” driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Comfortable and safety-conscious when operating or working around machinery and equipment
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to the employer’s location in Hastings (transportation to job sites is provided from this location)

Additional Information:

• Starting wage from $19.00 per hour (rate of pay contingent on experience)
• Full-time hours
• Work services in the Northumberland and Peterborough regions
