Location: SMART’S MARINA LTD. – MAZINAW LAKE – 1018 SMART RD. CLOYNE, ONTARIO
Position Type: Seasonal / Part-Time (Spring–Fall)

Job Summary:
Looking for an active outdoor job this summer? We’re hiring a Seasonal Marina Helper to assist with shop work, yard maintenance, and marina operations. This position is perfect for a student or young worker (age 16+) who enjoys working with their hands, being outdoors, and learning on the go in a supportive, team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist staff in the shop with light mechanical tasks and cleaning

• Help with boat launching, loading, and storage

• Perform groundskeeping duties: mowing, trimming, weeding, tidying docks and yard

• Clean equipment, tools, and work areas

• Help with shrink wrapping and preparing boats for storage or pickup

• Support customer service with friendly and helpful assistance

• Follow all safety rules and marina procedures

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older

• Weekend availability is required

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the marina

• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Physically able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform active labor tasks

• Responsible, dependable, and able to follow directions

• No experience necessary—training will be provided!
