WK Kellogg Co. Belleville, are looking to hire over 100 Full Time – Food Process Operators between November to April 2025.

 About This Role

Join our team as a Food Process Operator at our Belleville, Ontario facility, where you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality food products that our customers know and love.  This full-time, hourly role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing.
• Perform routine quality and safety checks, basic troubleshooting, and equipment changeovers to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following sanitation and safety protocols.
• Accurately record production data and communicate effectively through the shift and during shift transitions.
• Collaborate within a high-performance team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting cross-functional operations.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in a production or food processing environment
• Ability to work 12 shifts and rotate every two weeks from days to night which will include weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
• Effective communication and written comprehension skills, foundational math abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, in working conditions that may be hot, humid, wet/slippery, or dusty.

   Preferred Qualifications:

• College Certificate/Diploma in Manufacturing or Technology, or completion of a Food Process Operator Apprenticeship Program.
• 2+ years of in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Familiarity with basic equipment operation and maintenance.

Salary Range: $31.43 an hour

Please Note: Shifts are 12.25 hours in length and rotate between Nights and Days.
