Food Prep & Dishwasher – Broken Stone Winery

In our family-owned winery we provide exceptional wine tasting experiences to our guests. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for our Pizza program. We opened our pizza oven in 2023 and make exceptional Neapolitan pizza.

We are adding a Food Prep & Dishwasher position to our Pizza team. You will be working alongside our Pizza Chef.

Job responsibilities include:

• Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings. Topping preparations include dairy, vegetable and meat products.
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to our in-house recipes.
• Cleaning workstations, equipment and utensils before pizza preparation.
• Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
• Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly.
• Washing pizza pans.
• Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Interaction with tasting room staff to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
• Ensuring the workstation is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift
