Food and Beverage Servers

Lady B’s Bistro, located in Hastings ON, are looking to hire FULL TIME, FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVERS for their busy restaurant location in Hastings, ON.

Ideal Candidate – Experienced, Restaurant server with Smart Serve and Food Handing Certification, looking for those servers with prior experience and knowledge in both food and alcohol.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers and present menus
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and answer questions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and drinks promptly
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handle complaints or concerns professionally
• Process bills and handle payments (cash, card, POS systems)
• Set up and clean tables before and after guests
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

MUST – Have both SMART SERVE and FOOD HANDLING Certifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good memory and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Teamwork and multitasking abilities
• Customer service experience (preferred)

Additional Information:

• Job Type – Full Time
• Pay – $17.80 – $18.00 per hour
