Folder Operator

Beck’s Book Bindery Service, located in Campbellford, ON are looking to hire a Full-Time, Folder Operator for their location.

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Folder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently folding, organizing, and preparing products for packaging and shipment. This role requires a focus on quality, safety, and productivity within a fast-paced environment. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or packaging is strongly preferred to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities

• Fold and organize products accurately according to specifications and quality standards
• Assist with packaging and preparing items for shipment or storage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Perform basic mechanical tasks or troubleshooting as needed to support production processes

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is necessary.
• Mechanical knowledge or machining experience is a plus for understanding equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting

Additional Information:

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person – Campbellford
