Azoria- Dolphin Fiberglass Pools, located in Trenton, is a growing Canadian manufacturer producing premium, high-quality fiberglass swimming pools built with consistency, craftsmanship, and pride. Our lamination team plays a critical role in ensuring every pool meets our structural and aesthetic standards. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in hands-on manufacturing work
Job Duties:
- Apply fiberglass matting and resin to pool molds using hand layup techniques
- Use rollers to remove air bubbles, ensure proper resin saturation, and create strong laminate bonds
- Follow established lamination procedures, thickness standards, and production instructions
- Assist with cutting glass, preparing materials, and setting up the lamination work area
- Work closely with the chopper gun operator and gelcoat teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain clean, organized, and 5S-compliant workstations
- Follow all Dolphin safety protocols, PPE requirements, and styrene-control measures
- Identify defects or inconsistencies and report them to Production Leads
- Support daily production targets while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in fiberglass lamination, composites, boat building, or automotive bodywork (asset)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort working with tools, rollers, and resin
- Ability to work in warm environments and perform physically demanding tasks
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards
Additional Information:
- Training provided for advanced gelcoat repair and finishing techniques
- All PPE provided
- Full Time Day/ afternoon shift 42.5 hours weekly
- Overtime may be required during high- production periods
- Starting wage $18.00 – $19.00 hourly
