Glenn Lasher Home Comfort Service is a family own and run HVAC business that began with Glenn in 1952. We are located in Odessa, with a servicing area from Kingston to Belleville and the surrounding area. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong customer service skills, that is interested in the HVAC industry and eager to learn.

Expectations:

• Execute proper Duct Cleaning techniques
• Dependability, reliability and Punctuality
• Maintain vehicle supplies and cleanliness
• Support with servicing and installs
• Cleaning up on job site

Candidates must have the following Education/Skills:

*The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent

*Must have a good driving record with a valid G-Driving license

*Ability to use tech equipment to navigate and process work orders and Invoices on site.

*Physical ability to lift 50lbs ^ (Oil Tank/Hot Water tank/Heat Pumps ect,)

*Be able to work well as a team or independently

*Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in a professional and effective manner

*The ability to work overtime when necessary. Most work is Monday thru Friday day shift, with occasional weekend and evenings work.

*Must be capable of working in tight and small spaces

*An accounting and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive can do attitude

*NO Experience is required, training is provided
