Day Bartender

Bare Bones Distillery is a locally loved craft distillery and cocktail lounge known for its small-batch spirits, creative cocktails, and welcoming atmosphere. We take pride in providing an exceptional guest experience and showcasing high-quality, handcrafted drinks in a relaxed but vibrant setting.

We are currently looking for a skilled Day Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced bartender who enjoys working in a busy daytime cocktail lounge and takes pride in delivering great service and well-crafted drinks.

Schedule:
Thursday – Monday | 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, house-made spirits, canned cocktails, and other beverages while maintaining high quality and consistency.

• Provide friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming guest experience

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

• Engage with guests by sharing knowledge about Bare Bones spirits and cocktail offerings

• Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately

• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender, ideally in a busy bar or cocktail lounge

• Strong cocktail knowledge and bartending skills

• Valid Smart Serve certification

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and able to work the scheduled daytime shifts
