Youth Habilitation Quinte Inc. (Youthab) requires a Data & Communications Administrator who will work out of our Belleville office. This is an existing vacancy and is a full-time permanent role, working 35 hours per week. The starting hourly wage of this position is $29.613, with an expected start date of June 15, 2026. This position comes with paid time off, benefits, and a pension plan.

 

Who We Are
Youthab is a community based non-profit organization established in 1984 with services designed around 3 pillars – housing, mental health, and employment. We support, connect, and empower people to obtain and maintain safe and affordable housing, good mental health, and employment, facilitating their transition to independence. Our programs operate under the names of Youthab, Career Edge, and Next Step Housing Connection, and are free and confidential.

Youthab’s mental health program offers a spectrum of services to young adults, primarily 16 to 24 years of age, who have difficulties with their mental health, substance use, family, housing, social wellbeing, education, employment, and/or life skills.

 

Who You Are

As a Data & Communications Administrator, you are an integral part of the mental health team and play a vital role in supporting service delivery, compliance, and communication processes. With strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, you excel at analyzing program data and using specialized data tools and systems, including the EMHware client record management system. You are skilled in presenting and facilitating to diverse audiences and stakeholders, with experience in public communications, including posting on social media platforms, making website updates, and conducting other outreach activities. You bring a flexible approach and are detail oriented in all that you do.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will manage and analyze program data, prepare reports, and support quality improvement for the mental health program. They will be responsible for delivering presentations to the public about Youthab programs and services, coordinating communications, conducting privacy audits, and collaborating with colleagues to troubleshoot issues and ensure the effective operation of the client record management system. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Manager to develop new proposals and initiatives and ensure data compliance in the Mental Health program.

 

Qualifications:

·        An undergraduate degree in a related field.

·        A minimum of three years of experience.

·        A valid driver’s licence is required.
