Ray’s is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, multitasking, and being part of a fast-paced retail and service environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephones and directing inquiries professionally

  • Utilizing computers and websites to look up and order parts

  • Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone

  • Scheduling deliveries and coordinating logistics

  • Processing customer payments both online and in-store


Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Organized with attention to detail

  • Available to work Saturdays
