ChoiceCom, located on Sidney Street in Belleville, On, is seeking a Business Development Manager (Sales Hunter). ChoiceCom Networks and Communications Ltd. is a leading provider of vendor-specific products to businesses. With strategic alliances with top vendors, we have access to various marketing portals.
Job Duties:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple service lines including IT, telecommunications, and managed print services and cyber security awareness and strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within local businesses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and deliver measurable value.
- Represent ChoiceCom at networking events, trade shows, and community engagements to expand brand visibility and build new relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities including contract renewals and SLA’s using CRM tool (EG Hubspot).
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT, telecom, or managed services.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, sales funnels, and closing techniques.
- Intermediate knowledge of technologies such as Managed Print Services, Hardware, MSP, and Telecommunication-VoIP.
- 3+ years of experience leading and navigating complex business environments and building strategic relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced skills in organization, strong follow up and follow through, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Passion for customer success, problem-solving, continuous learning and improvement.
- Physical requirements include driving, site visits, and occasional lifting/bending.

- Compensation: Dependent on skill and experience ($56,000-$71,000)
- Benefits: Competitive benefits package. Paid overtime.
