Three Dog Winery is seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Pizza Cook to join our team for the 2026 season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and being part of a fun, collaborative team.

Season: May 24 – October 30
Hours: Friday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wage: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of pizza ingredients and kitchen setup
• Chop and manage wood supply for the pizza oven
• Maintain and monitor the wood-fired oven to ensure proper temperature
• Support pizza cooking and service during busy periods
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitary
• Work collaboratively with staff

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors and around heat sources (wood-fired oven)
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance
• Previous kitchen or food prep experience is an asset but not required
