Read’s Accounting, located in downtown Trenton, offers a wide range of services to individual and business clients who benefit from personalized quality service beyond comparison. Our firm provides bookkeeping, accounting, corporate and personal tax preparation and planning. We provide payroll services and estate planning as well.
We are seeking a permanent part -time Administrator to join our team
Job Duties:
- First point of contact for customers via email, phone or in person
- Organize files and bookwork
- Run financials, take payments
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Coordinate mail
- Receive and sort tax returns
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel and Word programs
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in an administrative role ( 3+ year ) preferred
- Experience as a receptionist (1year) preferred
Additional Information:
- Day Shift, Monday to Friday
- Wages: $20 per hour
- Expected hours: 30 hours per week, 40 hours during Tax season
