Flame & Smith is a sustainably-minded restaurant that embraces the exciting art of woodfire cooking and the supporting community that surrounds it. Located on Main Street in Bloomfield. We are looking to build our summer team.

About the Position:
We are looking for a team of Servers that are extremely knowledgeable, caring, intuitive, have a strong focus on attention to detail, and passionate about customer services and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a flexible schedule. 
Wage: $17.60 + tips

This person should be very passionate about the craft, is someone who takes pride in giving excellent customer service, while working with top quality products and menus.

Qualifications:

• At least two years serving experience in a dining environment
• Open availability (including evenings and weekends)
• Be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Enthusiasm to take ownership of a section
• Knowledge of wine and food is ideal (WSET or ISG training an asset)
• Smart Serve Certified
• Excellent service standards
