Sales Manager

Combined Insurance, Campbellford, ON is seeking a Full Time, Sales Manager for their Assurance Firm.

As an Independent Sales Leader for Combined Insurance, the work you do makes a difference in lives of your clients, and you will have the privilege of doing it every day. As an Independent Sales Leader, you will enjoy the flexibility in managing how and when you approach your clients and running your business as you like it. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and supporting and leading a team of Sales Representatives while also soliciting clients, developing and maintaining relationships to drive sales, and helping clients access and update their insurance coverage as their needs evolve.

Qualifications:

• University or College degree preferred
• Ability to mentor, inspire, and manage a team of Licensed Independent Sales Representatives
• Sales-Oriented with the desire to drive business and exceed team goals
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Professional with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Have, or be willing to obtain the required insurance license(s)
• Comply with federal and provincial laws and regulations
• Comply with Combined Insurance Compliance
