Youth Habilitation Quinte Inc.’s Employment Ontario Employment Services Program, known as Career Edge, requires a Program Facilitator to provide services in Belleville. This is a new permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week in the Skilled Trades Excellence Program (STEP). The starting wage for this role will be $26.965 per hour.

Who You Are
As a Program Facilitator, you are a part of our Employment Services team, and you are passionate about supporting individuals in achieving meaningful employment outcomes through a combination of case management, coaching, workshop facilitation, and employer engagement. You bring a client-centered strengths-based approach, helping clients build confidence, develop job search skills, and take active steps toward employment, training, education, or entrepreneurship. You excel at working with diverse job seekers and are skilled in providing both one-on-one support and group facilitation. Through effective coaching and facilitation, you empower clients to identify goals, develop actionable employment plans, and navigate barriers to their success. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple software systems and reporting requirements. You actively contribute to employer outreach and community engagement by building and maintaining relationships with local businesses. You understand the local labour market and can align employer requirements with client skills and interests to support successful employment outcomes and long-term retention. You are an effective collaborator and are adaptable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality employment services that lead to measurable client success.
Skills We are Looking for:
· Excellent communication skills with experience delivering employment services to youth and adults, and working collaboratively with diverse job seekers and stakeholders
· Reliable data entry skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail
· Expertise in recruitment, job development, and employer engagement, supporting effective job matching and successful employment outcomes
· Strong case management skills including entering accurate case notes and maintaining organized files
· Effective time management skills to meet timelines and targets by prioritizing tasks
· Knowledge of the local labour market and labour legislation
· Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, CaMs, Email, Databases)
Qualifications Required:
· College Diploma in a related field preferred
· Minimum of two years of related experience is preferred
· Valid Driver’s Licence
