Marina Assistant

The Marina Assistant will work alongside the owner-operator of Prinyers Cove Marina, gaining hands-on experience in operations, guest services, dock management, and grounds maintenance in a supportive learning environment.

Must be 15-30 years old.
Must enjoy getting their hands dirty.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist boaters and guests with arrivals, departures, and marina services
• Use Dockwa system to register guests and process payments
• Create social media content and support marketing/follow-up with clients (optional)
• Perform groundskeeping, including weed control and general property upkeep
• Conduct dock and mooring inspections; assist with light maintenance and repairs
• Manage garbage, recycling, and waste systems
• Clean and maintain washrooms, clubhouse, and shared spaces
• Support daily operations (coffee station, fridge cleaning, ice cream bar, general tasks) under supervision
