WL Restorations/Giant Pine is a professional restoration company dedicated to delivering high-quality outdoor spaces and exceptional customer service following remediation projects. We specialize in landscape construction, property maintenance, and restoration services for clients involved with the Port Hope Area Initiative (PHAI).
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead crews, oversee daily operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Field Superintendent and client supervisors to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Provide leadership and oversight for 2–4 field crews, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are met
- Motivate, mentor, and support team members through coaching and one-on-one conversations
- Manage onsite resources, materials, and schedules for landscape and hardscape restoration projects, including small structures
- Ensure all work is completed according to project drawings, specifications, and industry best practices
- Review and verify crew work aligns with current plans and site requirements
- Use construction management software to document daily site activities, including progress reports and site photos
- Collaborate with the Field Superintendent to track progress, scope changes, and project documentation
- Work with the Project Coordinator to monitor equipment and material usage for efficiency and cost control
- Ensure crews have all required site information, locates, and resources to complete work effectively
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is considered an asset
- Professional certifications such as CEP, GSC, or construction estimating credentials are an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, estimating, landscape supervision, or related field preferred
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
- Experience supervising landscape or construction projects
