General Labourer

Karten Metals is a metal recycling company located in Trenton. Karten metal’s team has been providing the best service, along with great clients and customer relations and is recognized as one of the leading and innovative recycler and distributor of metal products.

Karten Metal is seeking a Full Time General Labourer

Job Duties:

• Involves heavy physical labour outside in all types of weather
• Picking up materials, clean and scrap metals from shred pile
• Process cars
• Load and unload tires and bins
• Other duties as required

Skills/Qualifications:

• Good work ethic, reliable, and willing to learn
• Physically capable of heavy lifting up to 60 lbs
• Must have steel toed safety boots and supply own safety gear

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday with the possibility of extended hours
• Wages: $17.20 per hour
• Must have reliable transportation
