Front End Office Assistant (full-time)

Pay: $19.35 (plus bonus based on experience) 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Napanee ON

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Front End Office Assistant to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role that combines office administration, customer service, sales support, marketing, and scheduling. The ideal candidate is organized, outgoing, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy office environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or office administration
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or general accounting principles
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow professionally
