Food Service Supervisor

About the Role

Pizza Hut Picton is seeking motivated and reliable Food Service Supervisors to join our team. In this leadership role, you will help oversee daily restaurant operations, support team members, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards for food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules and operational requirements
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, customer service, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
• Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required
• Develop and manage employee work schedules
• Support daily restaurant operations and lead by example

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent experience

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of experience in food service, restaurant operations, or a supervisory role
