Spend your summer working in a peaceful outdoor setting at our family-run flower farm in Prince Edward County.

Fronterra Farm is a family-run flower farm and boutique wellness retreat offering luxury glamping, botanical workshops, outdoor experiences, and immersive nature-based stays designed to help guests slow down and reconnect with nature.

We are currently looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Camp Ranger to join our team.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in creating beautiful spaces, and loves helping people feel welcome.

What You’ll Do

Prepare Beautiful Guest Spaces

-Clean and refresh furnished glamping accommodations between guest stays

-Ensure each space is beautifully presented and guest-ready

-Restock supplies and report maintenance needs

Support Guest Experiences

-Welcome and orient guests upon arrival

-Respond to guest questions with warmth and professionalism

-Help create a calm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere

Help Care for the Farm

-Assist with light outdoor upkeep and landscaping

-Harvest and prepare seasonal flowers for guest experiences and farm markets

-Support picnic setups, workshops, and seasonal farm experiences

We’re Looking For Someone Who

-Is friendly, dependable, and professional

-Has strong attention to detail

-Enjoys physical, hands-on work

-Is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

-Can work independently and take initiative

-Appreciates nature, hospitality, and thoughtful guest experiences

Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, tourism, customer service, or outdoor work is an asset, but not required.

Job Details

-35 hours/week

-Competitive hourly pay plus guest gratuities

-Seasonal position

-Flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays

-Located in Prince Edward County, Ontario
