Back of House Team Member- Baker

We are currently hiring Full-time/ Part-time team members in multiple locations

·         221 RCAF Rd, Trenton

·         235 Dundas St E, Trenton

·         902 Wallbridge-Loyalist Rd, Belleville

Responsibilities:

• Early morning preparation of donuts, Timbits, muffins, cookies and bagels ensuring high quality, fresh products
• Operate industrial ovens, following baking recipes/standards
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and health regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, stock freezers, and collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
• Safely operate ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment, including cleaning equipment and maintaining a tidy work area

Skills/Qualifications:

• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to work under pressure while maintaining food safety standards.
• Attention to detail, committed to producing high-quality, consistent baked goods
• Be able to learn how to operate various equipment, carry boxes up to 25lbs, working in cold environment as freezer/ fridge.
• Strong communication. Enjoy working with a successful team in a safe environment.
• Have a strong work ethic, be punctual and responsible.
• Previous experience in guest service field is an asset.
• Flexible availability is preferred

Additional Information:

• Wages $17.60 per hour
• All shifts available, must be available to work days, evenings and weekends
