We are a seasonal destination restaurant with a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. We take pride in serving consistent, high-quality food efficiently, even during our busiest periods. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong kitchen skills, and enjoys being part of a hardworking, team-oriented kitchen. This is a seasonal position running from mid-April to November 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef and kitchen team with food preparation, cooking and plating.
• Prepare and serve menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage assigned kitchen stations, ensuring they are properly stocked, organized and ready for service.
• Follow established recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Properly store, label and rotate food products to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Follow kitchen procedures, food safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary kitchen throughout each shift.
• Work safely and cooperatively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with standard cooking techniques, including grilling, baking and general food preparation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain composed in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Good time management, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Willingness to learn new recipes, procedures and techniques.
• A positive attitude, reliability and pride in producing quality food.

Compensation & Eligibility

• $25–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and have valid work authorization.
