Picton Farm Supply offers their customers: livestock feed, pet food, pet supplies, equine supplies, fencing, bird seed and feeders, chlorine, and various other farm related items.

Hours: Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and every other Saturday from 8 a.m. to Noon.

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Service Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role that combines customer service, cash handling, stocking, and warehouse duties. The successful candidate will be dependable, motivated, and ready to contribute to a busy team environment.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in showing up, putting in a good day’s work, and helping keep the store running smoothly. A willingness to learn, take initiative, and stay productive throughout the day is essential.

• Willing to handle cashier duties: Comfortable serving customers at the front counter, processing sales, and handling cash. This is an essential part of the role and is not strictly a warehouse position. Training can be provided, but a willingness to perform cashier duties is required.
• A strong communicator: Has legible handwriting for completing invoices and a pleasant telephone manner when speaking with customers and suppliers.
• Interested in agriculture: Previous agricultural experience or knowledge of farm-related products is an asset.
• Hands-on and organized: Willing to assist with loading dock duties, shipping and receiving, merchandising, and stocking shelves.
