DestNest, located in Belleville, is a growing Ontario-based manufacturer specializing in cold-formed steel framing systems, including prefabricated wall panels, roof trusses, and structural building components. As our manufacturing capabilities expand, we are looking to develop a sales team to help grow our customer base throughout Ontario.

DestNest,is seeking a Sales Representative / Business Development to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Ontario.
• Contact builders, general contractors, developers, and construction companies.
• Introduce potential customers to DestNest’s cold-formed steel building systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and potential projects.
• Coordinate with our internal team to obtain pricing, project information, and technical details.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities using our CRM system.
• Work toward developing a consistent pipeline of qualified projects and customers.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Communicates confidently and professionally.
• Is comfortable approaching potential customers and developing new business.
• Is self-motivated and able to manage their own workday.
• Is organized and follows through on commitments.
• Is comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
• Is interested in learning about construction and steel framing systems.
• Understands that successful sales require relationship building and consistent follow-up.
• Can work independently while communicating effectively with our team.
• Experience in B2B sales, construction, building materials, or outside sales would be beneficial,

Additional Information:

• Wages $32,000 annually plus commission.
• Results-Oriented
• Combination of remote work, Telephone and email communication, and in-person communications
