The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the pharmacy team and providing excellent service to customers and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage and labeling
• Process prescription orders and verify patient information
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls 

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant ( 1 to 2 years experience)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with either Kroll or Fillware system
