Job description

We are looking for a hard-working, team-oriented and high-energy employee to join our company as a full-time Labourer.

We are offering a potential career in a specialty sector of the construction industry. Our small business provides a unique opportunity for growth and knowledge in every aspect of the industry. Daily tasks will include assisting with daily operations of drilling and blasting as well as vehicle and/or drill maintenance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be a team player with great communication skills, who is eager to learn
• Able to lift heavy loads and be prepared for frequent strenuous activity
• Must be willing and able to work in all elements (heat, cold, wind, rain)
• Willingness to work out of town for periods of time
• Safety consciousness
• Previous work in the construction industry in an asset, although not required
• Knowledge of an assortment of tools and equipment is an asset
• Employment is conditional upon satisfactory background screening
