About the Position

Hello World Recruitment is looking for an ambitious, motivated B2B Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Bloomfield.

We’re looking for people with drive, ambition and a positive attitude. Previous recruitment experience is not required — if you have the motivation to succeed, we’ll provide the training and support you need to build a career in recruitment and sales.

As a talent agent, you’ll work with both candidates and businesses to make the right connections. You’ll identify talented professionals, develop relationships with employers, and help match the right people with the right opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen and interview potential candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients
• Identify and understand clients’ hiring needs
• Provide clients with recruitment and labour-market insights
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting through to offer
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and employers
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations
• Stay informed about industry trends and hiring conditions
• Build your sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
