Job Duties:

• Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards, including baking, cooking, and food presentation.
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist with packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes, ensuring products are properly labeled and stored.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering questions about baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and organization of supplies.
• Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred, especially in food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Strong skills in baking, cooking, and food presentation.
• Reliable, consistently shows up for work on time and ready to work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• works well in a team environment and can receive feedback well, willing to learn
• Kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable.
