Schedule: Full-time/Part-time; Afternoon and evening shifts; Weekends
Wage: $17.60 plus tips
Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
Present menus and provide recommendations on food and drink pairings
Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment
Process bills and handle payment transactions (cash, debit, credit)
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling protocols
Smart Serve Certification (required)
Previous serving or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and local fare is an asset
