Full-time Sales Manager

Rate of pay: 39,000- 80,000 annually

Shifts/Hours: 9am – 5:30pm  Monday to Friday

Start Date: April 30, 2026

Notes: Must have previous experience and current OMVIC certification

Job Description:

Our new sales manager will be fully comfortable in all aspects of the sales process.  From the initial contact with the customer you will follow and help guide the customers through the whole sales process.  From test drives to signing and completing all necessary financing forms start to finish.   The applicant will also be responsible for selling any warranties the customer might be interested in purchasing or accessories they might like to add.  This position is based on a draw and the candidate can earn commissions substantially above the draw.  How much you earn will be up to your eagerness and ability to close deals but the potential is there for a very rewarding year if you are up to the challenge.   While sales are very important, we are also looking for an honest employee we can trust and our customers will have no trouble doing the same.

Skills/Experience Preferred:

We are looking for a reliable candidate who will show up daily for work first and foremost.  Have good social skills and be able to talk to many different types of personalities and enjoy this part of your job.  You must be computer literate, have good social skills and strong communication skills.  Work ethics and honesty are paramount for us as we are a long standing business in our community

• Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle
