Property Maintenance Crew Member

Warren Landscaping + Design has been operational for 15 years and we continue to grow. We are seeking to hire a Property Maintenance Crew Member to join our 2026 team. We have an immediate start date. 

Role and Responsibilities:

•  Lawn Cutting and Trimming.
• Able to operate a zero-turn mower, push mower, string trimmer and leaf blower.
• Able to load and unload equipment safely and securely onto a 16-foot trailer.
• G Licence is an asset. Must have transportation to and from work.

Skill requirements:

• Working knowledge of lawn care equipment.
• Must take pride in your work and be detail-oriented.
• The successful applicant must be able to use a string trimmer and mowing equipment without damaging plants, trees and property.
• Must be reliable in regard to attendance, accountability and able to work efficiently.
• Working as part of a team is important. Excellent communication skills with, and courtesy to employer, team members, and clients

Additional Information

•  Wages offered will be based upon experience.
• Paid statutory holidays.
• This position is full-time with available 40 to 50 hours per week.
• Snow maintenance is optional during the winter months.
