555 Brewing Co is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Prep/Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is focused on preparing ingredients and creating delicious wood-fired pizzas in a fast-paced but relaxed and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize ingredients for kitchen service
• Prepare and cook wood-fired pizzas
• Fire and finish pizzas to a high standard
• Prepare salads and other menu items as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Communicate and work effectively with other team members
• Follow food safety and kitchen procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen, prep cook, or line cook experience is an asset
• Experience making pizza is an asset
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to get along well with others
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working in a casual, relaxed team environment
• Ability to maintain quality and attention to detail during busy periods
