Pampered Pig BBQ is a fast-paced barbecue restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality smoked meats and homemade sides. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and help maintain the quality and consistency our customers expect.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing side dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
• Preparing sauces and other menu components
• Assisting with the butchery and preparation of meats
• Supporting food preparation and kitchen organization
• Helping oversee kitchen operations during service periods
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assisting other kitchen team members as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience required
• Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to take initiative
• Must have reliable transportation
