Claramount Club is seeking dedicated and experienced Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Chef de Partie (CDP) team members to join our growing culinary operations at Foundry and Delphine.

Delphine, featuring a beautifully designed dining space and open-concept kitchen, is scheduled to open in Summer 2026. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate culinary professionals who take pride in food preparation, quality, teamwork, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Full-time and Part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure dishes are presented attractively and served in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient kitchen operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food storage and sanitation practices

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation best practices
  • Experience using commercial kitchen equipment and tools
  • Serving experience is considered an asset
  • Passion for high-quality food, hospitality, and customer service
  • Commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and continuous learning
