JC Automotive is currently looking for a hardworking and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced shop environment and providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Booking customer appointments
• Ordering automotive parts
• Managing inventory
• Taking detailed notes of vehicle concerns and complaints
• Asking questions to assist in the vehicle diagnostic process
• Providing excellent customer service in a busy shop environment

Qualifications:

• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous automotive experience
• Licensed Automotive Technician is considered an asset

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Monday to Thursday
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Benefit package available
