Job Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and kitchen production.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Prepare menu items according to customer preferences and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
• Passion for food and a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
