Team Henderson Custom Crushing, Marmora Ontario, are looking to hire a Full Time, Jr. Accounting Clerk.

Job Duties:

• Assist in day to day accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain various reports and spreadsheets for management review
• Prepare and process weekly payroll
• Prepare remittances to CRA for payroll
• Ensure accuracy of financial records by reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and other ad-hoc reports
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve accounting discrepancies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the accountant’s office

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• QuickBooks Online experience a must
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed

Additional Information:

• Wage – $22 – $25 per hour, based on experience and paid weekly
• No Benefits
• Full Time Work with the possible option to work hybrid (to be discussed)
• Location – Marmora Ontario
• Must have own transportation
• Hours are 9am to 4pm – Monday to Friday
