Housekeeping Aides

The Campbellford Memorial Hospital, Campbellford ON, are seeking Permanent, Part Time Housekeeping Aides.

Position summary: Campbellford Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping

Aide to join our Support Services team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a

clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, families, staff and visitors. This position requires a

commitment to excellence, compassion and adherence to infection prevention and control procedures.

Job Duties and Qualifications:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred

Required Skills:

• Clean and sanitize patient care areas, treatment rooms, public spaces, offices, and other hospital facilities

• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and safe working practices
• Maintain environmental standards with minimal supervision
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a healthcare setting
• Physically capable of managing a moderately heavy workload
