Hardscape Crew Team Member

Warren Landscaping + Design has been operational for 15 years and we continue to grow. We are seeking to hire a Hardscape Crew Team Member to join our 2026 team. We have an immediate start date.

Role and Responsibilities

This position requires the successful candidate to assist with the completion of all manner of landscape projects by doing a variety of work tasks. The safe and professional operation and use of equipment and tools required for landscaping construction under instruction from the Hardscape Team Leader.

Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of landscaping construction and tools, such as using a tape measure, laser level and checking grade.
• Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite is essential.
• Working as part of a team is important. Excellent communication skills with, and courtesy to employer, team members, and clients.
• Able to work with the Team Leader.
• Ability to read site plans, have an understanding of elevation & grade is desirable.
• A valid G driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• Must be reliable in regard to attendance, accountability and able to work efficiently.
• The candidate must be detail-oriented and take pride in their work.
• Must wear appropriate PPE and follow health and safety regulations.

Additional Information

• Wages offered will be based upon experience.
• This position is full-time with available 44 to 50 hours per week and flexible shortened Fridays.
• Snow maintenance is optional during the winter months.
