Obra Homes operates in the Napanee to Trenton corridor. They are looking for an experienced Framer or someone with some skills who is willing to train.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and move lumber, studs, and sheet materials around the job site.
Structure Assembly: Assist carpenters with erecting walls, floor joists, roof trusses, and subfloors.
Site Prep and Safety: Clean work areas, clear debris, and follow strict on-site safety rules.
Tool Operation: Use basic hand tools and power equipment like circular saws, nail guns, and tape measures.
Skills/Abilities: Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) and stand or bend all day.
Basic Math and Measuring: Read a tape measure accurately and make precise cuts
Wage wage is $20-$25 depending on experience.
