ENTOMO FARMS, located in Norwood ON, are looking to hire General Food Production Workers – FLEXIBLE/TEMPORARY POOL to support their growing business.

Based in Norwood, ON, Entomo Farms is a proud local innovator in the food production industry.  While we are widely known for our novel protein processing, we are actively diversifying our operations.  We have recently launched an exciting new division focused on dehydrating high-quality fruits and vegetables for Canadian food companies.

To support this rapid seasonal and operational growth, we are building a robust Temporary Employee Pool.  This is an excellent opportunity for students, retirees, or anyone looking to earn extra income with flexible hours.  For the right candidates, these temporary roles have strong potential to transition into stable, Full-Time positions down the road.

Job Duties:

As part of production team, you will assist in the processing, sorting and dehydration of agricultural products.

Tasks include:

• Assisting with the setup, operation, and sanitation of food dehydration equipment
• Sorting, inspecting and preparing fruits and vegetables for processing
• Packaging, labelling and boxing finished products according to client specifications
• Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic work environment compliant with food safety standards
• Performing basic physical tasks, including light lifting, standing for extended periods, and repetitive moving
