We work closely with homeowners to create beautiful, functional spaces while providing exceptional customer service from concept to completion.

Sky Kitchen & Flooring is seeking an Independent contracted- Commission Sales Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Meet with homeowners in our showroom and at project sites to discuss their renovation goals.
• Present kitchen, cabinetry, flooring, countertop, and tile solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals to close sales.
• Coordinate with our design, estimating, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and customer communications.
• Represent Sky Kitchen & Flooring professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is required; experience in kitchens, renovations, cabinetry, flooring, real estate, or home improvement is an asset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to generate and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
