Sky Kitchen & Flooring is seeking a Full Time Commission Sales Consultant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners, builders, and contractors in our showroom.
• Guide clients through kitchen, cabinetry, countertop, flooring, and tile selections.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on leads.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Work closely with designers, installers, and suppliers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
• Achieve individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is required; experience in kitchens, renovations, cabinetry, flooring, real estate, or home improvement is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Valid G Driver’s Licence.
