ABIDE Cannabis Farm in Campbellford is seeking Seasonal Harvest Farm Labourers to join their team for the upcoming harvest season.

This is a hands-on seasonal opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, working as part of a team, and are comfortable with physical farm labour. The successful candidates will assist with various tasks related to the cannabis harvest and processing operations.

Due to the nature of this environment – Candidates MUST be a minimum of 19 Years of Age

Job Duties:

• Assist with harvesting cannabis crops
• Perform general farm labour and harvesting tasks as directed
• Handle and move harvested plants and materials
• Assist with preparing crops for the next stage of processing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Follow instructions from the Farm Manager and work effectively as part of a team
• Perform other general duties related to the harvest as required

Qualifications:

• Previous farm, agricultural, landscaping, or general labour experience is an asset but not required
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
• Able to stand, bend, lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow instructions and established workplace procedures
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Please note – Work is completed in all weather conditions

• Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Some overtime may be required depending on operational needs and harvest conditions
• Hourly wage and additional employment details will be discussed directly with the Farm Manager
