We are looking for a hard-working, team-oriented and high-energy employee to join our company as a full-time AZ Float Driver.
We are offering a potential career in a specialty sector of the construction industry. Our small business provides a unique opportunity for growth and knowledge in every aspect of the industry. Daily tasks will include mobilization and demobilization of heavy equipment as well as vehicle and/or equipment maintenance.

– Safely, efficiently and responsibly operating the float and equipment
– Performing maintenance on equipment and fill out relevant paperwork as required
– Maintaining equipment and tools in good condition
– Assisting with additional daily operations of drilling and blasting while not floating equipment
– Following safe work practices
– Becoming familiar with all company Policies and Procedures
– Have a valid AZ driver’s license
– Have at least 3 years experience driving a float
– Experience loading and unloading heavy equipment is an asset
– Experience loading and unloading hydraulic rock drills is an asset

– For Applicants owning an existing industry-standard Float truck – FDB is willing to offer fair market value buyout upon hiring
