Ray’s is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service/Parts Counter representative to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, multitasking, and being part of a fast-paced retail and service environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right parts and solutions
• Answer phones and provide excellent service
• Identify and order parts for outdoor power equipment
• Process sales and keep the parts department organized
• Work with our service team to keep customers up and running

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable using computer and parts systems
• Able to multitask in an fast-paced environment
• Mechanical knowledge is an asset – we’re happy to train
• Must be available to work on Saturdays
