Ray’s is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service representative to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, multitasking, and being part of a fast-paced retail and service environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right parts and solutions for their outdoor power equipment
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Identify, research, and order parts for outdoor power equipment
• Process sales and assist customers with their purchases
• Learn and use our computer and parts systems
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and well stocked
• Work closely with the service team to ensure customers receive timely support
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and department

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new computer and parts systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional, friendly approach
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning about new products, parts, and equipment
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with outdoor power equipment is an asset — we are happy to train the right person
• Able to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team
• Must be available to work Saturday
